Spot Reducing
Spot reducing is believed by people to be true in the meaning that they can lose body fat if they work on certain parts of the body to lose weight. Seems like liposuction is the only real way to get rid of excess fat out of certain areas. Sit-ups are great but they won't burn any fat! Least they will do is make a nice six pack under all the baggage. The truly positive way to make spot reduction work is to lose weight all around! Drink water everyday, exercise & eat food with less sugar or no sugar at all. Then, it will start burning fat automatically. Have a good day!

DeleteI was always told that push ups were better than sit ups even for working stomach areas.
ReplyDeleteyes they are..they work out the whole upper chest as well as the upper abs :)
DeleteSpot training is impossible. you cant just work out arms and expect to lose arm-fat.. tbh, the best way to lose the fat is to burn it with some bad-ass hardcore cardio.

DeleteSpot weight reduction is like trying to make one part of a lake more shallow by removing water there, just doesn't work that way.
