Today, I want to thank you guys that have been following & connecting back with me. I really appreciate it. I hope that some of the stuff, or at least ONE thing on this blog will be a benefit toward your success. I have personally gone thru tough times. The stuff I write here, are my personal experiences or things I can see that will help. It would be great if I can help people without really much in return. The Hated Push-up..
Push-ups are one of the best, if not the best workout you could get for your chest without a gym pass. It also tones abs, triceps, torso & shoulders. I know, you probably hated them as much as I did back in high school! I managed to get over that attitude & did them myself to see what i could get from them....I do about a hundred a day & I feel way more energy after the workout. The best part is they can be done anywhere! In your office, home, during tv commercials Also, body weight exercise manages to burn fat & raise metabolism. No reason why push-ups shouldn't be added to your daily regime. If your still thinking, stop & do them! Results in about a week!
