Spot Reducing

Spot reducing is believed by people to be true in the meaning that they can lose body fat if they work on certain parts of the body to lose weight. Seems like liposuction is the only real way to get rid of excess fat out of certain areas. Sit-ups are great but they won't burn any fat! Least they will do is make a nice six pack under all the baggage. The truly positive way to make spot reduction work is to lose weight all around! Drink water everyday, exercise & eat food with less sugar or no sugar at all. Then, it will start burning fat automatically. Have a good day!

Vitamin B-12

Vitamin B-12 (folic acid)  is needed for the body as it is part of the important B-vitamins. It is responsible for the synthesis of our DNA & RNA & the functions of the brain. Yet, some people do not get the enough B-vitamins in their diet. Meat, poultry, krill, eggs, fish all have a decent amount of B-vitamins. It has much less in vegetables which is why vegetarians lack vitamin B-12. It helps in breaking fats & carbohydrates which in turn help people with their weight loss goals. Also, it helps in repairing cells, & boosting the immune system making it less susceptible for you to get sick. More energy is always a plus in my book as well!
