Where's Your Cup?

Are you guys drinking your water? What? You're not? Go ahead, grab a cup & drink some water. You will feel better with less toxins! Do you want to eat less sugary snacks? Water can help you with your metabolism as well! Drink up :)

  1. It's tough subject because coke has acid that helps in metabolism and it saves thousands of people from diarrhoea everyday

    1. Indeed! Sugar also is empty calories meaning they won't fill you up with nutrients body needs!

  4. I filter my water, it's healthier, but somehow I don't know about wanting to eat less sweets, but maybe that's true because I eat very little of them.

  9. I keep a 1.5L empty bottle I keep and fill up with water. I aim to drink at least 2L a day.
