A clove of garlic a day can surprisingly help you lose weight. Having garlic as part of a diet is beneficial to your overall health. They help us in more than just keeping vampires away. Anyways, a regular diet consisting of garlic aids the heart & might also prevent cancer. The nutrients inside cloves of garlic can thin the blood, making you less susceptible to heart attacks & stroke. They are high in antioxidants, which in return prevent many types of cancer cells from spreading. Garlic can help absorb iron & zinc more efficiently, two minerals that are necessary in our diets. Also, they help your joints! That means osteoarthritis is less likely to show for garlic eaters. They may taste kind of awful if eaten raw at first but they can also be cooked.   2. I've always had a habit of putting a lot of garlic in many of my recipes since I love its taste. The next time someone complains about its flavour/smell I'll just make them read this to shut them up.
