Exercise, No Excuses

Hey guys, back at it here. I decided to tweak the name of the blog a bit if you haven't noticed! Thanks for the comments left back over the weekend. I read all of them & got back to you =). Anyways, if you celebrated easter then you probably also ate much food to go along with it. If you have a gym pass, it makes it easier to burn those calories off. From my experience it was easier to stay focused on one thing- working out till I couldn't anymore. You can get extra motivation working out along a friend or someone new at the gym. Some of us can't go for the gym routine because of time restrictions. Meaning, we are busy most of the day. But if you want something real bad, you gotta work at it. For the people that can't go to the gym there are easy exercises found online that can get you toned with enough work. The jumping jack is something that can be done watching tv. There is no need to rely on the gym. Burpees are another one you can try at home. You just got to have the same driving factor that working out at the gym brings. It's easier to just wander off after doing a couple of push-ups if your home. There's so many things to distract us nowadays. But it all depends on how much you want something done for yourself. I believe that if you dream that you can achieve, it can be done. If you can't focus on much then I suggest you take omega 3 fish oil or flaxseed oil =) Drink water after your all done!

  7. I feel most comfortable when I exercise at home, even if it is just push-ups in the laundry room, haha.

  8. New look is great, and I didn't know Omega 3 makes you concentrate more. Just doing simple exercises is much better than doing nothing.

  11. I only work out at home, you can do a lot of stuff with your own weight and so you dont need the machines from gym. Its great and fun. I also made a DIY skipping rope and a ab wheel

  14. I stopped paying for the gym, and just bought a decent set of weights for home when I learnt I can achieve what I want to achieve at home and save myself some money.
