Reminding

Are you guys drinking enough water? Why not! 8 cups a day is all you need to keep your body running efficiently. Less toxins, heart pumps less with strenuous activity, & it can kick start your metabolism! What are you waiting for? I'll be reminding everyone...Happy Monday!

  3. Just another reminder as to how going natural is better.

    Although I follow this rule fervently, my friends have a "WAT..." moment when I only drink water at parties or places where water is not the norm. Ever since I followed this rule I've been taking more dumps than I had before, which means I poo everyday instead of 2+ days of waiting.

  4. I should really start doing this, I guess the trick is to force yourself to drink when you're not thirsty. I'm quite slim anyway though.
