Benefits of The Bench Press

I have discussed the benefits of doing push-ups but I haven't talked about the bench press. What better to build up the chest by combining both. This is one of the best ways to work out the chest. I suggest you start doing push-ups at first to get comfortable. You can't possible hurt yourself to bad doing push-ups. Well, not that I know of. Anyways, the bench press is easy to do. There's many variations of exercises with the bench press. The joy of maxing out your previous number is awesome compared to the strain you'll receive from doing bench presses. It will make you come back for more & more after the accomplishment. It helps to build the chest, shoulders, & triceps. But if you do too many without rest the next day, your muscles won't grow. So give it time before you go build those pecs!

  5. All I do is Push ups and situps, gonna have to buy a good gym membership if I really want to get ripped.
