What is Flaxseed?

What is Flaxseed? Flaxseed is made up of lignans, fiber, & omega-3 fatty acids. Flaxseed has other ingredients that are helpful for the body as well. They make up a small percent of the Flaxseed oil but they are beneficial. The fiber in the Flaxseed oil can decrease blood pressure & keep digestive system running smoother, leading to weight loss. Omega-3 fatty acids benefit the heart & they are not produced by the body. Therefore, they are an important part of our diet. Studies have shown that omega-3 has restrained tumors. It also helps the cardiovascular system of the body. If you are a woman, lignans can help reduce the risk of developing breast cancer. So all in all, here's the best things about Flaxseed:


-Radiant skin
-Smoother digestive system
-Reduces acne
-Lowers blood pressure


I take Flaxseed oil instead of omega-3 right now but the point is, are you keeping them in your diet? Have a good day.

  8. I dont know man. i was never a big fan of artificial suplements. its like with the fish oil. you know its good so you buy fish oil pills. why dont you just eat more fish?

    but yeah other than that sounds good
