Going out

Going for that walk in just a moment! Benefits?
1. I have a clear mind after a mile
2. My spine is becoming straighter
3. My butt is getting toned!
You know women like to check out butts also don't you?
Get ready...set...GO!

Don't mind me! Just walking the dog!

  5. I used to love going on walks during the summer, and walking on a treadmill sometimes is just plain boring.

  7. Plus if you're going out for jogging or whatnot, always keep your chest out as you'll move much better this way. While you keep doing this your body will get used to this alignment and your posture will be better.

A passive trait for guys will come out of this as well because walking with your chest protruding outwards asserts confidence while walking. As if you're not afraid while doing it and your daily business.

Ladies... uh.. not so much :3
